My commitment for this week was that I was going to walk, at least, four times this week. I walked on the beach on Monday, went to the track on Tuesday and Today, walked the neighborhood yesterday because driving to the beach was impossible (it was the 4th of July after all). The rest of the week, I am keeping the exercise routine to home, exercising with aerobics and Pilates floor exercises. It is weird though: I have kept the eating very healthy, have done less than an hour of exercise a day (but more than 30 minutes), and for some reason, today I feel very tired. I just hope that I am not coming down with something. I will keep trying, because I have lost two pounds since July 1st, and I am exited about the possibilities.
